terms of service
general
by commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms of service.i reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.i reserve the right to cancel/refund a commission for any reason.commissions will be accepted through any of the accounts linked in my contact page.i will not draw art containing harmful and/or hateful themesprices are subject to change on basis of complexity, rush dates, etc.
payment
payment will be done through PayPal, either paypal.me or PayPal invoice, depending on the commission type.all prices listed are in USDfull payment is required upfront, unless otherwise agreed upon.in case of a refund, amount will depend on level of completion of piecei will not refund a completed piece.
process
commission inquiry will be sent to either my email or my twitternecessary information will be sent.if/after commission is accepted and discussed, i will send 1-3 sketches for review.after commission is paid for, work on commission will begin. updates (finished line work, color, etc.) will be sent to the account the form is sent from as they are completed or requested.after commission is completed, 2 rounds of reasonable edits will be permitted without added charge.small edits such as a change in eye color, fixing a small marking, etc. will not count in the above rounds on their own.
unless specifically requested otherwise, the finished commission may be posted on any of the accounts link in my contacts page. i am a full-time educator, therefore the amount of time it takes me to complete a commission may vary based on how much time I have outside of my full-time job. if you need a commission done by a specific date, let me know from the beginning. otherwise, I cannot promise you I will be able to get it done in time. I will not be held accountable for due dates that I have not been informed of at least a month before the date, or at the start of the commission process.
usage

designs/adopts
credit design when used, and do not claim as your own.in auctions, only bid if you are able to pay immediately. rules posted with adopts take precedence, and may differ from what is posted here.
